Policy Overview
All bookings are subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled within a specified time frame.
This policy applies to all services and bookings made with our organization.
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 hour of the booked service rate will be charged for any cancellation, regardless of the notice period.
The fee will be applied to the payment method used for the original booking.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, contact us via email, phone, or our online booking system.
The cancellation is effective once we confirm receipt of your cancellation request.
Refunds
Any refund, minus the 1-hour cancellation fee, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
No additional penalties or fees will apply beyond the 1-hour charge.
